Kawasaki 1982 'Whisky Live 2011' 65.50% 70cl

We all know how popular closed Japanese distilleries are at the moment, and this very rare bottling comes from the lost grain distillery, Kawasaki. Kawasaki only produced whisky for approximately 20–25 years and was closed in the early 1980s. Few single cask bottlings from this distillery were made, which makes this even more special.  

One of the very few whiskies available from closed Japanese grain distillery Kawasaki. Distilled in 1982, this single sherry butt was bottled in 2011 for Whisky Live in Tokyo.
