Watt’s genius turned steam into a driving force of progress, shaping the modern world. His name lives on in the ‘watt’, a unit of power, a fitting tribute to the man who unleashed steam’s potential.

Vanilla, fig cake, and orange peel, Christmas pudding and marzipan.
Palate
Sherry-soaked raisins and chocolate truffles, Victoria plums and Maraschino cherries.
Finish
Demerara sugar and dark chocolate, orange peel, ginger cake and sugared almonds.

Sweet malt and dry sherry, with hints of smokey heather, tobacco and leather; complex and fragrant.
Palate
Smooth, then spiced heat leading to chocolate, pear and caramel. Nutmeg, honeysuckle and oak add depth.
Finish
Long and warming; sweet spices fade into tobacco leaf and dry oak.
