Palate
Luxurious flavours of sherry-soaked raisins and chocolate truffles dominate, interwoven with notes of Victoria plums, dark cacao, and Maraschino cherries. Hints of coffee bean, orange peel, old English marmalade, and crushed walnuts add complexity.

Finish
A spectacular finish with demerara sugar and bitter dark chocolate. Subtle notes of blood orange, moist ginger cake, liquorice, and sugared almonds linger, alongside black forest fruits, poached pear drizzled with caramel, and dark chocolate.

Overall
